Purchased a new Dell Dimension E-521 w/256MB geforce 7300LE video card.

I am having an ongoing problem with the screen flashing off/on. The flashing is fraction of a second put will happen any where from only once to 20- 30 times in a row.  Dell support has ben unable to solve the issue. They thing it may be the video card.

Has anyone had any issues with the 7300LE video card.
