    What driver did you use?

Where did you download the driver from?

When using nLite, did you select "multiple driver files", select all available driver files, and use the "TextMode Drivers" option?

At what point does it blue screen - the same place every time or random places - what is the furthest it gets?

Is SATA in the BIOS set to SATA/AHCI?

Did you load the storage (AHCI/SATA) driver at the F6 prompt during Windows Setup from a floppy disk - or integrate that driver into your installation media using the likes of nLiteOS.com?

    downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx

    What steps have you "completed"?

i used the driver from dell site and yes i selected multiple driver files  i did everything.  first time when it showed the blue screen error was after i formated the partition and second time after windows xp is loading files.  in bios is sata setted.

XP is not supported on the N5010, so if you downloaded the driver from Dell, it is the wrong one.  As Dell does not supply the drivers for XP on this model, use the driver I gave you the link for in my first post.

As a test to see if there is a driver issue or not, to go your BIOS Setup (F2) and see if you can set SATA/AHCI to ATA/Compatibility/Legacy.

I would suspect some sort of hardware error at this point - bad hard drive if it is happening at this point every time (anything prior to this point does not use the drive).
