I am re-installing XP home edition on my Inspiron 5100. 

I have a print out telling me the correct order to download and install drivers.  I've reached #3 on my list- PCMCIA/Smartcard controller.  However, there is "Security" category in order to locate and download the driver. 

Is there another place to download this driver?  Any help is appreciated!
