Whenever I play MPG's or DVD's with AC power connected, all is well.  Doing the same thing with AC removed and running on full battery, video is jerky.  (Inspiron 1100, w/2 GHz Celeron, 256MB, XP w/all updates).  Any help would be appreciated.
