After downloading Vista, I could not use pictures on my wallpaper. The display tab won't let me select it...BUT, when other people log onto the computer, they can change their wallpaper. Anyone know how to repair that?
Check to make sure that you have proper administrator privledges. i had to experiment with mine to be able to delete a file and I am the only user. so the default settings may be incorrect.
