I have two seperate problems that I need help with.

 

1) Received the following error message on both 2/19 and 2/21.  Have received them before but never paid any attention to them.  Clicked the send error report. 

 

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services. and then the window closes.  Any suggestions????

 

 

2)I need to install Britannica Ency. Apparently there was a previous version.  Went into Add/remove programs and tried to remove what is there but get the following message:

 

Installation support file.  System could not find the file specified Britannica Ready Reference.

 

What can I do???
