I have a demension 1100 and for some reason my windows XP is not working i cannot get onto any of my aol or my yahoo messengers i cannot get into internet explorer in fact i cannot even get into my control panal or my computer when i run my spyware program it will scan for awhile then it will just lock up i dont understand one night it was working the next morning its not please someone help me
