Updating firmware
I bought a dell xps 13 and got it one week ago. Tonight i got a message that dell updates had to be installed.
The computer restarted and started a EC BIOS update. After a short while it froze while updating the firmware.
It's been frozen for about 2 hours. I don't seem to be able to do anything. Please help

Is the system fix now? Or you're still having issues with the system ?
By the way, please list system model number and version of windows ?
Example: Dell XPS 13 9333, windows 10
