virtual memory messege.

A messege comes up about memory(virtual) being low. when this happens i cannot access my internet browsers(they say problem loading page).

Do a properties on My Computer

Select the Advanced Tab

On the Avanced Tab hit Performance settings button

Select the Advanced tab

Hit the Virtual memory Change button

In the upper pane highlight the C drive (if this is your system drive) usually is

tick the system managed size radio button (let me know if it is already ticked)

OK OK OK all the way out

Reboot the PC.

The C drive was already marked.

You mean the system managed radio button was ticked for C?

If so, how much memory (not virtual) is installed on the PC?
