Web Design Program Recommendation
Okay, web designers. I am looking for a program to do my company's website... not a complicated one, but I want it to look nice. Here are the factors to consider....
1. I am really a dummy and do not know HTML except for the barest bitty bit; and
2. My boss is a notorious cheapskate.
Is there a decent WYSIWYG-type program? I did advertising and publishing layouts years ago, when cut-and-paste meant cut with a razor blade and paste with rubber cement, and I still would like to do something as close to that as I could. Has anyone tried Expression Web? Is it any good?
Thanks for any input.

Doesn't mozilla's seamonkey webbrowser suite come with it's own html editor? I am not sure it is wysiwyg, but you won't need to know any html to edit html with it.
A search for free web design tools turns up too many hits. I am not sure what is the best way to whittle it down to a manageable task quickly. This one looks promising, but I am not web designer, so I have no idea if it is any good: http://www.evrsoft.com/1stpage3.shtml
