My desktop on the screen blinked six times in three days.  When it started blinking  if I moved the arrow to any icon  all the icons on the desktop (including task bar) would disappear. I cannot do anything at this time. It will continue blink  blink and blink.. If I was very lucky  I could open a window and this window will not blink with the desktop.  I could only to use the system restore to stop it and sometime it doesn't work. Today  it suddenly become good after it blinked for sometime because I am really sick to try to fix it.

 

What's the problem? What should I do?
