Ok so now have you run any hardware diagnostics, and can you post a picture of the error screen please.
Also what backup and recovery strategy do you have?

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Have you run any hardware diagnostics?
