Finally replace that old Studio 1555 with a shiney new XPS 15, with most of the bells & whistles. Old computer was running Win 7 Pro & new one is Win 10 Pro. what is my best option for transferring files & settings to new computer, since M$ was kind enough to do away with the old file & settings transfer wizard.

Looking for free or paid options.
