When I got to the Windows, it showed this message:

I don't know what to do for it disappear now. Can anyone help me please? How to fix it? I restarted computer for many times.

I found an article here on Microsoft's Help Forum. I can't say it will solve the problem, but it may be a start. I'll keep looking.

Thank jennwill99! I tried what the article said but it didn't work.
Beside, I don't see the add/remove programs anywhere in Windows Vista. It has Programs and Features option in control pannel to remove programs, but I don't see windows defender there :(.

Help me out! I appreciate it!

Did your Dell 640M come with Vista or have you installed it yourself? If you installed it, did you ever have a beta version of Vista or Windows Defender?

    If so, check this article.
