I took a look at the model number of the ram in my computer and it's a Samsung m378a1k43DB2-CTD rather than Samsung m378a1k43CB2-CTD. Do you know what the difference between the "DB2-CTD" and "CB2-CTD" is?
Will there be any performance issues if I mix the "DB2" and "CB2"?
How many RAM modules, total, are you trying to use? If you have two matched OEM m378a1k43DB2-CTD modules and add a pair of matched m378a1k43CB2-CTD modules, put the new RAM in 2nd slot (DIMM1) and 4th slot (DIMM2) from CPU and OEM RAM in 1st slot (DIMM3) and 3rd slot (DIMM4) from CPU.
If you only have one D module now and add one C module of equal capacity (GB), use 2nd and 4th slots, but keep in mind the performance of the mixed pair will be determined by D module, so you lose any advantage of the C module, assuming the mixed pair is actually compatible.
The only difference I could find is that m378a1k43DB2-CTD has been discontinued. m378a1k43CB2-CTD might be a little newer as it's not discontinued. Everything else appears the same, even the volts.
CAS Latency for both: 19
Technically, mixing the 2 shouldn't be an issue. To be on the safe side, use the guidance RoHe gave with populating DIMMs.

Based on what I have read, DB2 memory is faster and superior to CB2. If you have both, then put the DB2 in the first two slots.
