I'm not using Bluetooth super often, but today I wanted to connect a mouse and couldn't switch on Bluetooth. There is no bluetooth icon in the taskbar and I can't see a bluetooth device in the device manager.
However my laptop has bluetooth, I have used in in the past, and I can see that it's enabled in the BIOS.
I tried the window troubleshoot, downloaded all windows updates and even manually downloaded driver updates from the dell website, but it didn't help.
This is unfortunately not possible. There is no switch or setting to enable it. The Bluetooth adapter seems to be not recognized in windows, it's like there is none.

Open Settings and search for Bluetooth. You should be able to turn it on.
