Dell XPS 15 9510 - replacement screen
Hello,
Few days ago my kid dropped my 9510 and smacked the screen (FHD). Since this damage is out of warranty I want to replace the screen but online is almost impossible to find 9510 4k screen (I want to buy 4k one), so wondering if 9500 4k screen (entire setup with top cover, camera etc) is compatible with 9510.
Per some websites where I saw screen (Aliexpress) seems it is.

Hey there, same happened to me. Contacted partspeople.com, no such luck. Dell repair didn't give much luck either, only a quote for a service technician even with my service tag.
That being said, I've successfully replaced my 4k OLED screen with one from AliExpress. It was about $800AUD all up, but it was an exact match and works exactly the same. Took about 10 min to replace.

Check with parts-people.com -- they know Dell systems and can look up compatibility based on your service tag. That said, Dell may be your only source for parts on a system this new (short of risking an international purchase from ali express).
