I have a Dell XPS 15 9500 laptop. I have connected an LG 27'' 2K 144 hz (working at 100 hz) monitor via DP to Dell's WD19DC docking station where one USB-C cable connects to my laptop. Previously, I have used either of the Thunderbolt 3 ports on my laptop's left side to connect everything to my laptop via docking station. However, now it just simply does not connect the monitor (it only connects the keyboard and mouse). However, if I connect the cable to the USB 3 port on the right side, the monitor connects and everything works perfectly.

What might have caused the issue with the TB3 ports on the left side? Is this some sort of driver/software issue?
