Greetings

I have ordered Dell xps 15 new model from the dell site yesterday. But after the payment I got a mail saying that they are unable to process my payment for the order using the provided payment method. 

Visa Debit card has been used for the payment. The shipping address is different from the Billing address. 

Billing address =  Debit card's owner address in Arizona

Shipping address is of Maryland. Is this the reason why they gotta authorize the order again?
