I have a dell xps 15 9500.
1920x1200p
i7-10750h
16gb ddr4
512gb ssd
gtx 1650Ti
i want to know if I can upgrade my screen to 4K through dell, I know it wouldn’t be cheap if I can. I know I could go elsewhere and get it upgraded but I would rather pay extra and have it installed via manufacturer, if that’s even an option here.

No -- any such upgrade is on your own. And bear in mind replacing the screen will void the warranty.
