Vostro
Apple Airpods Pro 2nd gen are not working when I use MS Teams. How do I get them to work? Bluetooth says they are connected but I can't hear or be heard in the meetings.

I can’t tell from the system information. It says 11th gen intel for processor.
That's the newer model -- the reason I asked is to make sure the bluetooth card is capable of supporting those wireless headphones.
Microsoft itself says that Air Pods are not supported for use with Teams.

There are two different Vostro 3500 systems -- one recent (the Vostro 15 3500) and one from 2011 (the Vostro 3500). Which system do you have?
