<p>I worked for a local newspaper for almost 42 years, putting the advertisements into the newspaper. On June 29, 2009, the Lancaster New Era(afternoon publication) will be combined with the Intelligencer Journal and become a Combined Morning Publication. On October 16, 2014, Lancaster Newspapers, Inc became LNP Media Group, Inc. and also changed the name of the newspapers to LNP.</p> <p> </p> <p>In May 2001 I found out that I have <a href="http://www.diabetes.org/type-2-diabetes.jsp" target="_blank">Type 2 Diabetes</a>. In October 2001 I had a <a href="http://health.howstuffworks.com/question120.htm" target="_blank">Triple Heart By-Pass</a>. In January 2005, it was diagnosed that I have <a href="http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/sleep-apnea/sleep-apnea" target="_blank">Sleep Apnea</a>. Maybe my wife should trade me in for a newer model!</p> <p> </p> <p>I live about 82 miles West of <a href="http://www.gophila.com/" target="_blank">Philadelphia</a>, and about 23 miles from Chocolate Town, USA, <a href="http://www.hersheypa.com/" target="_blank">Hershey, Pa</a>, 2 miles from <a href="http://www.hersheys.com/products/details/twizzler/index.asp" target="_blank">Y&S Candies</a>, the manufacturer of Twizzlers and 7 miles from the Worlds Largest Hot Dog Production Plant, <a href="http://www.kunzler.com/" target="_blank">Kunzler's & Company</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>I started getting on the Internet, dial-up, back in 2001. In 2003, we switched to DSL and have had DSL  until October 2009, now we have cable. I wanted to feel useful, so I started going to a few forums. Some forums, I really didn't care for and finally settled down to one forum. My friend <a href="/members/tomron/default.aspx" target="_blank">tomron</a>, asked to to come to Dell Community Forums and help others. I really felt at home here, and decided that I do most of my help here.  I have gotten to know quite a few people here and I'm glad to have these people behind me, especially when I get stumped. The Liaisons here are also GREAT people.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife, Sharon, married since December 11, 1999, has to put up with me. I don't see how she does it! <img src="/emoticons/emotion-14.gif" alt="Devil" />  Some days, I can hardly put up with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you see any of my posts, you see I constantly spell things wrong, sorry!  I also work weird hours, so you can also see my posts at many different times of the day and night. My spelling is worst at the wee hours of the morning, after I get off work. </p>
