Dell XPS 13 9370 Keyboard issue - type ONE letter get a two letters

Hi,  

 Whenever I type a letter on my Dell Laptop's Keyboard from the main row (A,S,D,F,G etc.) it does type that letter but also types the letter from the row above. 

So basically if I type an "A" it types both "Q&A"  Same with every letter on the line.  If I type "J" it types both "U&J".  This problem just started two days ago.

Any idea how to fix this?
