Use a cleaner designed for the purpose - an LCD cleaning spray.  Do not spray the screen directly though - use a micro fiber cloth lightly sprayed with the cleaner.  Endust and others produce LCD-safe cleaners.

The online AW3225QF User's Guide shows this on pages 32/33 =

I personally use the cleaning cloths and spray solution used for eye glasses. I spray the cloth once, then wipe the screen on the dirty spot. It works perfectly and does not damage the screen.

My suggestion would be to not clean it. The QD OLED screens use a 3M screen coating that is very easy to scratch.

I exchanged my monitor 4 times in 2 years, due to cleaning damage.

None of my other monitors have ever experienced that.
