I recently installed an RTX 2080 by Gigabyte in the 1st GPU slot of my Area-51 R2. My issue is that the fans are showing up as 0% in Alienware Command Center. I'd like to be able to manage all of my PC fans with this one app. Is there anyway to get AWCC to recognize my new GPU's fan?
Didn't Gigabyte give you a utility to control the GPU fan?
If so, does it work?

The disc just came with the basic NVIDIA driver, I got the updated one already so I didn't need it. Besides that, it was just a bunch of adware, I didn't see anything specifically for the fans. The fans on the new card are working, but I'd like to be able to control them from Command Center.
You can try MSI-AfterBurner or use whatever Gigabyte calls their version of it.
