I just got an R11 with the I two i7-10700KF and was wondering if the CPU could be upgraded even with the liquid cooler? I feel like I may have painted myself i to a corner. Thanks!
Yes, but if you really care about the little bit of performance you'd get with a 10900 chip instead, you're probably better off building a whole new system (and selling the R11), or transferring what you can to a new case, so you also can improve RAM, motherboard, etc., etc. as well.
And if you did just get the R11, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return it, if you may want to do that.
