Aurora R11, preboot failed, Cable : Fail Error code 2000-0716
Hi I've been having a failed pre-boot events. Error code -0716. Could you point me to something recommended fix that I can do myself. I still have Dell support but want to resolve this myself first.

yes, intact. only opened twice by Dell Techs to replace motherboard.
Just opened a case w/ Dell and they requested me to open it and reseat all the cable.

Issue resolved. With the manual sent from Dell, I was able to pull out the 3 panels and reseated all the cables, especially Cable 2 for USBs. It was a bit of pain to pry open the case, but it works. Thanks.
I found that cable two connect was poorly made, it doesn't sit as snuglly as cable 3.
