Dell i3

My uefi boot mode only says IP4 Realtek and IP6 Realtek. Yet I need the Windows Boot Manager which I cannot seem to find. I'm actually trying to install an operating system via USB, I've followed all the Bios setups and secure boot enable, as well as disabled ROMs. Help please.

Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any drive problems. Did you make any changes to the system lately? Are you able to install Windows from the USB drive?

if you complete installation of Windows, it will add the Windows boot manager to the uefi boot priority list.
