I have noticed a driver problem on my Alienware X51 R2. The intel management engine interface driver, says "this device cannot start (code 10), status_device_power_failure.

I had issues with this computer not booting so I did a fresh install of windows 10 and this error is puzzling me. Any ideas what can be the problem?
