My area 51m r2 just came to Australia & first thing turning on it is stuck on this screen 

 

Its been like this for 20.minutes now, not sure what to do ? " now we we have some important setup to do "

 any help would be greatly appreciated, I havnt even gotten to use the laptop yet & it's already stalling !?
