Gpu not working external display not connected

If the system is under warranty, contact Dell by chat (Get Help Now) or phone to initiate troubleshooting and repair.
If it's out of warranty and you're looking for pointers here, you'll need to explain why you think the GPU isn't working.
What diagnostics have you already done?
