Hi everyone,

I've owned the Alienware m15 R3 for a couple months now. From every source I've read from and have been told, the battery should last 4-6 hours, I can barely get 2 hours even on battery saver mode. I recently went into device manager and uninstalled the battery section so it could reinstall and I have yet to see its result. I've heard that the Alienware overclock controls have played a role in the battery draining but from my experience, it hasn't helped.

Bottom line, I'm losing my battery life even if I'm just browsing the web. Still under warranty but I'd like to resolve this issue if possible.
