x17 R2, LCD issue
So I’ve got a weird issue, sometimes when I turn on my x17 R2, my screen turns on totally white with a black line through it. If I hard reset it , it boot’s normally. I did have the screen replaced by Dell after have the original damaged. Is this related?

Thank you for good opening post complete with image.
The Alienware x17 R2 (1/27/2022) screen issue is seemingly fixed by Hard Reset, but keeps reoccurring.
Having had screen replaced by Dell warranty, it seems that the screen cable has not been fully secured to the main board (aka motherboard) and lid movement is moving the screen cable's electrical connection.
This will get worse over time.
Please click on Get Help Now icon on RH side of webpage, and request this is fixed under Dell warranty.

Will a screen self-test run (hold the D key through powerup; you should see a series of test screens with various solid colors and patterns)?
