I created a specific user account on Vsphere with the specific rights needed. I registered successfully the EBR with that new account and rebooted.

When I created a vmware action policies (networker 8.1) using the VBA, I got an error :

Could not add data domain host caaddm01.domain to vba caanwebr01.domain

Error NW_1003: mc sdk adapter error related to ddr caaddm01.domain

I tried to add the Data Domain manually to the EBR via command line :

Mccli dd add –default-destination=yes –max-streams=50 –name=caaddm01.domain –password=password –password-confirm=password –user-name=ddboostnw

and got error message :

1. 1.30950 there must be at least one data domain system with the default replication storage option set

Details:

Ddboost user is enabled and got admin right into DataDomain

Using 1xNetworker server, 1x Networker storage node, 1x Data Domain, 1x EMC EBR, 1x  EBR Proxy

Any ideas?
