Access to Celerra and VNX file code for partners
As an EMC partner I am finding it difficult to download DART software for fresh installs. I can use the USM to download updates but I don't have access to download software to do fresh installs.
Are other partners having the same issue and if not how do you get access.
EMC services partner web site allows downloads for Flare code but it redirects you back to powerlink for Celerra code where the only item I see is a daylight saving time fix.
I have reqested access to software via support.emc.com but have had no response as yet.
I have my own NS-120 which I want to rebuild which is the reason I need the fresh install software.
An update on this.
Seems I can access some Celerra code now via powerlink but only the latest code and not older versions. Probably as I re-registered our own NS-120.
I have access to all the VNX code via services and partners web site (except software enablers).

According to the EMC Partner's group, this is the policy and the suggestion:
"EMC only allow access to the DART code if the partner is a support partner or an implement partner and is NAS compliant. Please contact your relationship manager who will work with you to address your needs."
