Hi,
iam trying to run the CAP2 to collect my configuration on CLARiiON CX300 which should be a straight forward installation. But, after i enter the IPs of both SPs and click add, it gives me an error message:
Not a privileged user
Please ask to be added to the privileged user list.
i tried a direct connection from the CX300 to my laptop and the same message occured.
please if anyone can provide a solution. thanks
