Cisco Dial-home

Is there way Cisco MDS 9513 works with a modem?There is no ECC or SMTP in the environment and bought from EMC.

You don't have any email servers on your network that can relay SMTP messages to the internet?

Well the switch needs the IP address of a mail relay in order send out alerts. Is it possible for you to stand up a mail relay?
