I do not see Botswana in the country list of Dell PartnerDirect. See the update by DELL-Jennifer I at bottom of this thread.

But it's offered here? I don't know why Botswana is not listed? Is there anywhere in the partner portal I can download the "preferred partner certificate?

The email address posted in the 2015 reply is no longer a valid email address. Refer to the directions on how to populate a Partner Certification at the end of this thread.

Here are the new directions on how to populate a Dell Preferred Partner certificate within the Dell Technologies Partner portal. Select Support and open a case with the Partner Program team in your region if you experience difficulties. Do NOT email Certified_PRD@dell.com as this no longer an active email address.
Authorized Partner Certificate
Login to Dell Partner Portal
• Click on “Digital Marketing Tool” quick link (access through SSO)
• Once opened, navigate to the “Collateral” option
• Type “Authorized” in the search bar & click on the Search Icon
• The Authorized Reseller Certificate will be available to customize with your Company Legal Name as well as download and save as a PDF
