I’m having SO much trouble getting help with a return. I’ve seen many people having the same problem.  I was told one of my order WAS cancelled and got an email with the subject saying cancelled order. Well it showed up at my house. I refused delivery and had it returned to sender. They have received it and I have proof of delivery. But no one will give me answers on my refund  and I can’t seem to get ANY help.
