Hi There,

I've been a Dell customer in the past and probably will be again. 

I've noticed that Dell Financial has started taking payments out of my account, but I have paid off any contract that was outstanding prior to 2020, maybe even 2019. Looking for some help in understanding what these payments are linked to and if there is an error, get the funds refunded and stop debiting my account.
