Hi,

I performed a controller upgrade from a DD4200 to a DD9500.

So the info got automatically updated in DDMC.

I didn't perform a fresh install on the original DD4200 just reconfigured it.

Now when I try to add it to DDMC I receive the below alert.

xxxxxxxxxxx was not added.

Host xxxxxxxxxxx is already being managed as xxxxxxxxxx.

Any ideas?

I figure it has to do with the certificate.
