Hello,

An error message which I here is does not succeed in resolving:

[DiskXtender File System Manager 6.10.040]

ERR 04/12 14:35:42 (0BE0) [Dm_Media.cpp, 3622] Failed to rename directory \XXXX\coûts log chaussons on media AR01Q (145).

The folder in question is not any more there.

    Hi Frederic,

It looks like the directory "\XXXX\coûts log chaussons" been deleted directly from the Media drive but not from the Extended drive, is that right? I've seen that error message when that has happened - DiskXtender then has orphaned files on the Extended drive. The fix was to restore the directory from backup tape to the Media drive and then delete from the Extended drive.

    Regards, Martin.

The problem is solved. It is necessary to open the file of the Folder "Transaction logs" (Twwwww.dxt)

Use Transview to read the document and to remove the line which poses problem (it is in pending)

Warning : The services DiskXtender is stop during handling

My problem maintaining it is that that reproduces regularly and that my users have poor response times very on the whole of the files.

    Sorry for my english

    Thank

    Frédéric

I also am having this issue with this error. I can, as Frédéric has pointed out, use Transview to mark the problem actions as "Complete", but the issue is recurring on a regular basis. Is there a fix for this issue?

The error message 145 is a win32 error
C:\>net helpmsg 145 = The directory is not empty.
Depending on what media you are using folder renames are not pushed to media.folder renames are not pushes to WORM media including Centera
The [Dm_Media.cpp, 3622] is the line in the code that the error is recorded on
