CX4 Thin Provisioning Software

Greetings. Is certified the Thin Privisioning software for the DELL/EMC CX3-10c storage?

No. CX3-10c does not (and will not) support thin provisioning. Only the CX4 family arrays support the Virtual Provisioning array-based application that provides thin provisioning capabilities.
