An Intel Core i7 vPro processor does not have its own audio driver. The correct driver depends on the laptop/desktop model and its audio hardware commonly a Realtek codec plus Intel Smart Sound Technology (SST)—so download it from the Dell support page, not by searching only for “Core i7 vPro audio driver.
Go to the official Dell Drivers & Downloads page. Dell Driver Downloads Enter the computer’s Service Tag—the 7-character ID on the sticker or available in BIOS. Open Drivers & Downloads. Set Category to Audio. Download the offered Realtek High Definition Audio package. On many Intel systems it is labelled “Realtek High Definition Audio Driver with Intel Smart Sound Technology.” Install it and restart Windows.
