Upgraded to Windowns 10/
It just didn't turn on. I did the Power supply test and it's ok. I checked the motherboard with no response. What else before I start buying parts. ? Thanks for any help

E521 is very very very old.
You can get much newer model with WIN10 working for less than the cost of parts and windows licence.
You can try to recover your data using a drive dock on the new machine.
