Driver problem after Windows 10 reinstall

I had to have Windows 10 reinstalled due to a computer crash after a windows update.  After getting my computer back and updating everything with Dell and downloading printer drivers, I noticed that PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller, PCI Memory Controller, and SM Bus Controller have exclamations next to them.  I run the troubleshooter on all of them, but it couldn't find the problem.  Do you know of drivers I could install to correct the problem?  Dell shows that everything has been updated.

    1. Intel Chipset Device Software
    2. Intel Management Engine Components Installer
    3. Realtek memory card reader driver (if you have a Realtek card reader)

Install in order listed, and reboot in between each installation.

Any other drivers that Win 10 didn't automatically install or are marked with ! or X in Device Manager when you reboot after doing #3, can be found here.

Sounds like the Intel Chipset, and possible also the Intel Management Engine, drivers are missing or corrupted.

Since you didn't tell us what PC model this is or the version of Windows, I can't post a link to the right drivers...

Thanks so much.  I only had to download the chipset.

Thank you Ron. And I only needed to Install the Intel Chipset Driver and It fixed the issues. Searched for awhile to find this solution.  Again Thank You.

I did try that, disable secure boot, but nothing, the new gpu is actually powering up, fan spinning, but blank screen, tries to take out cmos battery, and reset bios using mobo jumper, still nothing
