How do I get an administrator password. I have an Inspiron 15 7547 and now I may need to put in a new hard drive. I have a black screen that says internal hard drive could not be found. Please help.
@Macushla An administrator password isn't going to help you if the system can't even see the hard drive. Try opening the system up and disconnecting and reseating the drive in case a connection just slightly loose, but otherwise your hard drive might have simply failed.
It did fail and now that i have a new hard drive i cannot get the computer to see the windows 10 tool on the USB. it will not find the dell version either
