Good luck with them forwarding it, they seem to be so concerned that you have a genuine Dell product that they won't even respond to you until you go through so many ridiculous steps to prove you have a Dell PC, be limited to one reply on their barely working private messaging system that doesn't even support PDFs and screenshots glitch out, only to get ignored by every living being at their company.
