Since you had problems, apparently related to non Dell sound drivers, have you also downloaded and reinstalled MaxxAudio Pro?  Both the Dell model specific Realtek sound driver and MaxAudio Pro are intertwined.  One does not work or work correctly without the other.

Best to only use Dell supplied drivers. Do not use driver sites as many times they will install incorrect or old drivers (and this applies to all brands, not just Dell).

I didn't re-installed MaxxAudioPro previously. I don't know why I did got that Audio driver issue in the first place as I did was update windows and use Dell Update to update drivers. As, Issue happened with drivers, I used the above-mentioned (official link) to download drivers and install those. Now, after your suggestion, I opened the link and again downloaded the Realtek and MaxxAudio Driver pack from it, as MaxxAudio had an update on the 19th of Aug. I used the Service tag to filter the drivers on the official page.

After reinstallation and restarting the laptop, I am getting this warning at windows boot.

I am facing exactly same issue.

I am using dell inspiron 5402. My camera tracking was not working fine. Few weeks ago it was working fine... so, I thought to update both realtek audio driver and maxx audio pro from dell update. But the problem still persists after update.

I also think that this is a third party app, so there will be no support from dell side.

This could be caused due to Camera permission on the system (Privacy settings). Ensure that the privacy settings is not blocking the app from using the camera. Give permission to the app.

Me too, i can't enable the head tracking, on privacy settings there isn't the MaxxAudio Pro app

Uninstall/reinstall MaxxAudio Pro with Admin rights. Then check to see if the option shows up.

I have the same issue now, when I first bought the this INSPIRON a few months ago, worked like a charm. but now, doesn't work anymore. the camera tracking works for a few seconds when you do a restart but then stops and it sounds terrible! everything is on but camera tracking stops, the camera turns off. So far I just updated everything even to the latest bios 1.10 and latest windows 11 with all security updates and audio drivers. same problem. works for a 2-3 seconds and then turns the camera back off. You know how it pops up a windows and shows you a video of the maxxaudio feature - id doesn't even finishes the video and the function is already dead.
