You'll need to provide the model number of your CPU.  Many CPUs installed in this model system, for example the T4500 are not capable of virtualization.

And even if you have (or install) a CPU that can do  VT, you're going to find the system too outdated, too slow, and with too little maximum memory to run VT-aware applications.
